Mat Pilates

A controlled, breath-led practice using your own body weight to build core strength, improve posture, and develop deeper body awareness. 

Mat Pilates helps you move with ease and balance—on the mat and in daily life. Suitable for all levels.

Yin-Yang Yoga

A slow, mindful practice inspired by Chinese philosophy, connecting breath with movement to cultivate inner calm, strength, and spaciousness. 

Rooted in self awareness and compassion, this therapeutic approach fosters mindfulness. It also serves as an excellent complement to your Pilates training.

Reformer Pilates

A mindful full-body workout using the reformer machine to create resistance and support. This practice enhances strength, flexibility, and alignment while refining control and coordination.

What to Expect from a private Session

Each private session is fully tailored to your body, needs, and intentions. We begin with a personal check-in to explore how you’re feeling and to better understand what your goal is. From there, we move into a session that blends mindful movement with breath — whether through Pilates, yoga, or a combination of both.

I guide you with a customized approach, helping you build strength, release tension, and reconnect with your body in a safe and grounded way. No prior experience is needed — just come as you are, and we’ll begin from there.
