My teaching style is calm, clear, and supportive. I draw from classical mat Pilates and breath-based techniques to create sessions that are structured yet responsive to how you feel each day. Through centring on the seamless integration of six fundamental principles of exercise (entering, concentration, control, flow and precision), I guide you to deepen your focus, enhance muscle engagement, and promote movement efficiency. By coordinating breath with controlled movement, we create a balanced practice that account for the great effectiveness of Pilates’ exercises and the resultant combination of strength, grace, balance and ease.
