My hope is to create a space where you can move with curiosity rather than judgment, and discover your strength that feels inspiring and nourishing.  Whether you’re navigating an injury, stress or simply seeking a more embodied way of living to align with personal growth, I meet you where you are to support you in finding the balance — to move through life with greater ease, efficiency and self trust.

My Approach

ONE BREATH, ONE MOVEMENT.

Through breath-led movements, I guide you back to your own rhythm from this chaotic world — helping you reconnect and open the space in your body.
 
Breathing is the key not only to efficient movement, but to life itself. When breath and body move as one, we unlock not only physical flexibility and strength, but also mental clarity, calm, and the ability to meet life from a place of inner steadiness and freedom from pain.
 
I work with individuals and groups. My approach is also informed by my own experiences: including navigating through parenthood, injury recovery, re-align the body posture and a sustainable commitment to personal exploration and growth.
